Buhay-01

Sold

A coffee table made from a book matched pair of live edge walnut slabs.

In contrast to popular use of epoxy to fill the void in a live edge table, we have chosen to keep the open air, and insert a planter box. Giving a new meaning to the term “live edge".

Dimensions: 42” W x 20” D x 18” H

River-01

Sold

A work desk made from a pair of walnut live edge slabs.

Following the popular trend, we had taken two walnut live edge slabs and combined them using a deep pour resin epoxy with a black dye. Intentionally avoiding a pure black pour, we used the dye sparingly to maintain a subtle depth seen when looking into the table.

The desk rests on Flexispot’s E7 Plus base as a part of a partnered effort project.

Dimensions: 48” W x 24” D x 27” H (height adjustable)

Using a hardwood favorite, quarter-sawn white oak, medullary rays are visible throughout the piece.

An entryway bench made of solid walnut and a white oak accent.

Inspired by similar furniture of Japandi design, this piece takes simplicity and leans on geometry. The panels were hand selected, and one end featuring a knot-hole to place an accent on the nature of the material.

Georgie-01

Sold

A solid hardwood bench made from black limba & ebonized soft maple.

Inspired heavily by George Nelson’s famous design, this piece follows the tradition of half-lap joinery and a slatted top for a sleek look. Utilizing exotic hardwood like black limba, and changing the appearance of soft maple brings a visual balance and a fresh look to a classic piece of mid century modern history.

Dimensions: 45” W x 15” D x 18” H

A standing ash tray made from purple heart, maple, and walnut.

This piece was inspired by House Plant’s design. Taking the silhouette from slender and brass, to wood and chunky has changed the character but kept the essence. Contrasting butterfly keys inlayed to both reenforce the joint as well as aesthetic give this piece a touch of craftsmanship.

Dimensions: 10” W x 4” D x 22” H

A guitar stand made of solid walnut.

Inspired by mid century modern design, and crafted out of necessity due to an excess of guitars. This piece was first made for my dad for his birthday, then became one of our most popular designs.
